By default AOL filters are enabled to their Medium setting, which will filter many our mails. Here is how you can change your spam settings:
Step 1: Log in to your account
Click here to log in.
Step 2: Go to Settings
On the top left hand corner click on "Settings".
Step 3: Spam Controls
Click on "Spam Controls" from the left hand menu
Step 4: Select Off and Save
Under the AOL Spam Filter option, select "Off" and then click "Save" in the upper left hand corner. You may also select "Low", however some of our e-mails may be filtered. With the "Medium" (default) setting, many of our e-mails are marked as spam, so this is not recommended.
That's it! You should now receive all your e-mails successfully.
