This applies to Hotmail and MSN e-mails. To make sure that you receive our e-mails, please do the following:
Step 1: Log in to your account
Click here to log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to options
On the top right hand corner click on "Options" and then select "More options" from the drop down list.
Step 3: Junk e-mail
Click on "Safe and blocked senders"
Step 4: Safe senders
Click on "Safe senders"
Step 5: Enter our domain
In the "sender or domain to mark as safe" box enter "adventure-inn.com" without the www and click "Add to list".
That's all there is to it! You should now receive all your e-mails successfully.
