Yahoo! SpamGuard is enabled by default on all Yahoo! accounts. It filters all e-mails coming from Costa Rica and you will not receive a response from us unless you disable it. This page details how you can disable SpamGuard:
Step 1: Log in to Yahoo! Mail
Click here to log in to your Yahoo! account.
Step 2: Options
In the upper right corner, click on "Options".
Step 3: Spam Protection
Click on the first option, "Spam Protection"
Step 4: Disable SpamGuard
If SpamGuard is on, you will notice the text "SpamGuard is ON". In order to receive all of your e-mails you should turn it off. Click on "Turn SpamGuard OFF" to disable it.
You should now receive all your e-mails successfully.
