Yahoo! SpamGuard is enabled by default on all Yahoo! accounts. It filters all e-mails coming from Costa Rica and you will not receive a response from us. This page details how you can make sure our e-mail gets through SpamGuard:
Step 1: Log in to Yahoo! Mail
Click here to log in to your Yahoo! account.
Step 2: Add contact
In the upper left corner, click on "Addresses" and then "Add contact".
Step 3: Enter e-mail address
Put our e-mail address into the "Email" box and click "Save". You don't need to enter any of the other things, but you can if you want.
Step 4: Done
Make sure you click "Done" to save everything.
You should now receive all your e-mails successfully.
