Dear Mike,

Just an e-mail to say how much we loved staying at your hotel last month. Not only was it was perfectly situated for most of the central valley attractions, but it was also excellent for getting on to Highway 1, which really made a big difference.

All the staff were extremely helpful, giving the whole place a very friendly and warm atmosphere. I must also give my compliments on the bar & grill, which cooked some really first class food, and was excellent value for money.

We absolutely loved your hotel! The room (and bathroom) was spacious and clean, the American channels on the TV were wonderful (we´ve been in Costa Rica for 4 months now and have missed it greatly), and the overall atmosphere/decorating scheme was great. We especially loved the free tickets to Water Land. My husband is sporting a sunburn from overexposure, but it was a great day overall for the family.

Hola Eric,

After staying three nights at the Adventure Inn we traveled to Palo Seco for the week. We missed your place so much we came back a day early. The kids didn't even mind leaving the surfing a day early.

I can't think of anything I would do differently as you have a great staff in place (from a business man to a business man, take care of your people) and they were all very pleasent. Jimmy, in the restaurant, is great as is the entire staff that we interacted with. Hans, what a character, really makes you feel welcome. I wouldn't change a thing.

I am purchasing a condo near Colon as I'll be coming to CR about once a month so it makes sense to do so, but I'll be sending anyone I know that's traveling to CR to the Adventure Inn. I'll stop by for some of that surf and turf and a cold Kaiser now and then. I wish I had found you guys sooner. Thanks again for the great service, Tim

Last night we stayed in room #26 - our 2nd stay with you within 1 week- It was our son's birthday and I asked at the front desk when we checked out Saturday if something special could be done... Well, I never hoped for anything this nice: balloons - lots of them...balloons on the outside of the guest room door...a beautifully set table with a delicious cake...and not even candles were forgotten!!!! This was too nice for words. Please make sure that the person who saw all this through gets our heartfelt Thank You. Jonathan will definitely remember his 15th Birthday in Costa Rica! Your property is super and I again want to thank you for all the information relayed to us prior to our arrival. You contributed so much to make our experience there wonderful. We have returned back to Florida from our stay in Costa Rica and we just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with all the staff at the Adventure Inn in San Jose. It is nice to arrive and find the hotel fits the description that you were given. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. They were very helpful in directions and showed concern when we had an episode in San Antonio which resulted in us getting our tire knifed and my purse being stolen. Fortunately the person dropped my purse and did not steal anything from it.
We told everyone who has asked us about our trip that the Adventure Inn was the place to stay and that we highly recommended it.
Thank you again for all your information and should be return to Costa Rica we will certainly stay at the Adventure Inn.

It is Sunday (5/21/06) and we are back home in Orlando -- wishing we were still in CR-- Our stay @ Adventure Inn turned out to be absolutely the best experience -- your staff-- Katia (an absolute jewel), Mike, Caroline, the restaurant and house and service staff (sorry do not remember all of their names) helped the two us through the language transitions (Judyth speaks better Spanish than I).tours scheduling -- etc-- made a real impression and truly give new meaning to the phrase "Customer Service"-- a lost concept here in Florida.

Eric, just a quick note to relay some thoughts about our recent stay in your lovely hotel. It has to be one of the cleanest and most comfortable places we've stayed in anywhere. That's usually not a big deal either way but the house-cleaning crew were not only thorough but a delight to chat with . All smiles all the time. The desk staff were also extremely bright, helpful, and really seemed to wish to please. Karolina, well, what can we say. She is very special. From putting up with questions to making suggestions and giving directions for and to activities in San Jose, she went well beyond and above anything we have ever experienced. We even spent a morning with her and her two delightful children at the children's museum, out to lunch for a typical Tico meal. A great way to spend the day and see a part of San Jose we would not have otherwise. Janette and everyone else in the Moon Glow were equally attentive and jovial.

You have a great thing going there and we will indeed return as well as recommend the Adventure Inn to others. And if the way the hotel is run is any indication we will not hesitate to utilize your tour and car rental services as well.
