Low rate guarantee

All direct bookings receive an automatic 10% cash discount.

We're so confident you'll find the best price for your room on our website that we guarantee it. If you find a cheaper advertised rate within 24 hours of booking your room, we will match it plus give you a $10 restaurant credit!

All rates include a full American breakfast every morning, free airport shuttles, free international calls, and free WiFi.

General policies

  • All prices in US Dollars
  • We offer a 10% cash discount off all rates for US dollars, Costa Rica colones, and American Express Travelers cheques
  • Cribs and extra beds are available upon request
  • Children 4 years old and under stay for free
  • Our official check-in time is 2pm. Check-out is 12 noon, but we try to be flexible if necessary to accommodate your arrival and departure times

Cancellation policies

  • For cancellations with more than three days notice, there is a $25 service charge per room.
  • For cancellations with three days notice or less, there is a service charge of one night.
  • In the majority of cases we don't charge a fee for changes made to your reservation, however for last-minute changes that result in an unoccupied room on an otherwise full night, our regular cancellation policy will be applied.
  • We reserve the right to apply these cancellation policies for any reason including delayed flights.
  • Important note: If you decide to rebook, we will credit the first $25 of any cancellation penalty towards your next new reservation.

Pet-friendly rooms

We have specific rooms designated for owners with well-behaved pets with permission. Owners must take full responsibility for their pets, which includes noise or bothering other guests in any way. Remember, not everyone is an animal lover. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant area due to health regulations (except dogs for the visually-impaired) and pets are not allowed on beds for any reason.

Please add $10 per night per pet due to additional cleaning costs since the room must be thoroughly sanitized after each stay.
