Safety is our priority

At Adventure Inn, we have taken many important steps to prevent the propagation of viruses, such as coronavirus, before, during and after your stay.

We want everyone to feel safe while traveling to Costa Rica and during their stay at Adventure Inn. We have greatly increased our disinfection efforts to meet all guidelines from the Costa Rica Ministry of Health and international best practices to ensure that you and your family stay healthy.

Our staff

• All of our staff have received rigorous training on the best prevention and sanitation methods.
• All of our housekeeping staff are required to wear masks and gloves at all times.
• Our bellhops will be required to wear masks and gloves and will only help you with your luggage if you specifically authorize them to do so.
• Cleaning staff are required to pay particular attention to commonly touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, telephones, countertops, remote controls, light switches, room keys, etc.
• All staff members are required to wash their hands at least once every hour.
• All cleaning products we use have been specifically approved by the Ministry of Health for commercial settings.
• In order to assist the Ministry of Health in the event an infection is detected, a record will be kept of all clients, staff and providers entering the hotel.
• Staff members are strictly prohibited to come to work if they have any cold or flu related symptoms.

Common areas and rooms

Adventure Inn is currently open, however please be aware of the following safety information that may affect your reservation:

• All of our common areas are deep-cleaned and disinfected daily to offer a healthy and secure environment for our guests.
• We require everyone entering the hotel to sanitize their hands at the door and periodically throughout your stay. Alcohol gel will be provided in all public spaces, restrooms, and in your room.

Pool and fitness center

• Our pool is open, however please remember to keep your distance in and around the pool area.
• When using the gym, we require that you disinfect all equipment both before and after you use it.

Airport shuttles

• Our airport shuttles are sanitized daily, and any seats used are disinfected immediately after the route is done.
• All of our drivers are required to wear masks at all times and will have alcohol in gel available to passengers.

Safety recommendations

• Daily housekeeping is available, however we recommend that clients staying multiple consecutive nights decline housekeeping service during their stay.
• If you begin to present any symptoms related to COVID-19 during your stay, report this to our staff immediately so that we can get you the proper attention.
• Consider postponing your vacation if you are in a high-risk group.
• Remember to keep a safe distance of 1.8 meters from other people not in your family or group at all times.
• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.
• Always cough and sneeze into your arm.
• Avoid touching your face.
