Wildlife first, whitewater finale

Spend two nights in Tortuguero with a naturalist canoe excursion and village
tour, then return by boat and transfer to the Pacuare River for a full
rafting day. Finish in San José, La Fortuna or Puerto Viejo, subject to the
operator's current service area.

Tortuguero

The first two days focus on canals, rainforest and village life. The current
package includes three breakfasts, but lunches and dinners in Tortuguero,
park admission and any seasonal turtle tour require separate confirmation.

Pacuare Class III–IV rafting

On day three, paddle approximately 30 km/18 miles through Class III–IV
rapids. Guides provide equipment, briefing and lunch. Participants must be
at least 12 and able to paddle, follow commands and manage an unexpected
swim. Operation depends on water and weather.
