Yes. Adventure Inn hotel guests receive free round-trip airport transfers to and from SJO International Airport or the domestic terminal. Arrival pickups are available 24 hours a day. From the hotel, airport departures normally leave hourly on the hour from 3:00 AM to noon. After booking, send us your flight details so we can coordinate your transfers. Booking direct lets our team coordinate with you from the start.

For direct bookings, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival when sent by email or WhatsApp and confirmed by Adventure Inn. Within 14 days, the standard penalty is one night, which may be credited toward a future direct reservation. No-shows are charged 100% of the reservation. Third-party bookings follow the cancellation policy shown on the selected rate plan, which may vary by booking site and rate type.

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 noon. If you arrive early, we will do our best to get you into your room as soon as it is ready; if not, we can store your luggage while you relax in the restaurant, bar, or pool area. Late check-out and day-use options may be available for evening flights; ask the front desk for availability and pricing.

Yes. We have select pet-friendly rooms for well-behaved dogs and cats. The fee is $10 + tax per pet, per night. Pets must stay off furniture, avoid disturbing other guests, and are not permitted in the restaurant/bar or pool area. Litter boxes are available for cats on request, and our SJO airport transfers are pet-friendly.
